CAN FILLING LINE MACHINE
CAN series machines feature devices equipped with isobaric filler nozzles, or overflow filler nozzles designed for filling and seaming of PET or aluminium cans. Seamers are suitable to seam a wide range of round containers filled with soft drinks, beer and carbonated soft drinks.Filler and seamer are mechanically synchronized, with only one drive, which can smoothly drive the filled containers to the seamer without spillage.

*Filling valve: Due to the low number of mobile parts and total absence of dynamic seals, wear problems and maintenance operations have been reduced to a minimum and an extremely efficacious sanitation cycle has been made possible requires very little maintenance.
*Strong Rollers: By improving the rigidity of the rollers, our can sealing machine can form a stronger hermetic seal, ensuring that every can of your product is leakage-free.
Filling machine
The filling valves were designed and developed to allow for optimum filling, hygienic safety, as well as ease of assembly and disassembly. The filling height is adjustable which means it can handle various heights of equal diameter cans with no change parts. The cans are placed on holding cups in line with the filling valves and rotated in a star unit at the entrance of the filling machine.The plastic material that could come into contact with the product is fully food compliant.
Can sealing machine
All the parts in contact with the product are made from top quality AISI 304 stainless steel (or if required, AISI 316). By
improving the rigidity of the rollers, this can sealing machine can form a stronger hermetic seal, ensuring that every can of your product is not leakage.
